Knowledge professionals in the digital era should learn, build their strength and practice their expert power consistently, keep learning agile and exploring the “art of possible.”

The digital era upon us is about innovation, choice, people-centricity. As human beings, we are all on the evolutionary journey of becoming the better self somehow, via self-reflection, self-development, and self renewal, searching for the conditions that allow us to maximize our potential. 

Concentrate our energy on developing our own strength, building cohesive capability, and refining the high quality of being a better version of “ourselves.”


Authenticity discovery: Everyone is unique. Being authentic means to be who you are, be yourself. People have different character, perceptions, personalities; some are natural, some are trained. The mind of every individual is different, the actual mental understanding and subsequent manifestations in action will be different for each individual as well. When digital professionals are inspired to discover who they are, their inner strength, natural talent, they are at the tipping point to unleash their potential.

Being authentic means being true to that in every aspect: thinking, saying, and doing to enforce accountability. When you are authentic, self-reflect, keep your mind flowing, release the positive energy, being an independent thinker, you have the freedom of choice, full of courage to do things that matter. Without such an understanding, people have little idea about who they are, so other people struggle to understand who they are as well. So consider authenticity to be a positive outcome of enlightened inspiration and informed motivation to accumulate more enriched experience and unleash human potential.

Unique path:
We all have some innate strength or natural talent. We should explore our professional or personal journey by taking a unique path, present courage to be different, be true to our own gut feeling, enable us to recharge ourselves, engage our way of leading or solving problems with original flavors. When people understand their “Genius Factor,” which is their gift to the world, they don’t need to compare themselves to anyone else. They can be themselves in the truest sense.

Despite our present condition and realities, it would be an adventure to explore different paths to experiment with better ways to lead boldly, unlock collective potential, and accelerate societal progress. People need a driver, such as desire on the one hand, or adversity, on the other side, to provide a motive force for seeing hidden connections or understanding the new paradigm from a creative perspective. They can take fresh eyes to discover fresh perspectives in the familiar landscape; learn to see and enter into the experience of simple perceptual connection with the wide open personal completion into the moment's happening. They are able to select an untaken route for driving change, being bold enough to take the adventure, but taking logical ways to think, act step-wisely.

Holistic self: Each person is a good combination of character, mindset, talent, knowledge, expertise, experiences. It's only on the inner journey that they truly understand why they think certain ways, why they do any of the things they do, which lead people to a greater understanding of themselves holistically. Knowing oneself holistically comes from the practice of being present to relate to, see all the different parts of oneself and how they operate actively and intentionally.

“Being holistic” suggests a genuine sense of exploration, “self" is that level of existence which is the genuine substance of who we are. The holistic self development focuses on exploring yourself fully, developing versatile talent by integrating thinking-saying-doing; learning- growing- improving scenarios. It’s important to take a structural approach to develop talent, reaching the high level of professional fluency, and integrating different professional capabilities into core competency.

In the world of people-centricity, self-awareness, self-discovery, self-development, and self-renewal with the right amount of resourcefulness and self discipline is a healthy cycle for us to become the better version of ourselves and take a progressive journey of learning, growing, innovating, maturing.
