Initiativesoflogicizing

Logic is the linchpin to thread all important elements together with a certain order, get things right for solving real world complex problems.

The business world is diverse, nonlinear, and ambiguous today, the multifaceted perspectives unfold into a wider multi-dimensionally enhancing business growth & balance continuum

As organizations or human societies turn to be more hyper-connected, and interdependent. Business logic becomes nonlinear, organizational leaders and professionals apply a multidimensional thinking box to understand business context and sustain diversified viewpoints into holistic perspectives without enlarging decision gaps and causing too many side effects. As a matter of fact, running an effective business is fundamentally about how to apply logic to solve problems, large or small on a daily basis, enhance business growth and balance cycles smoothly.

It’s important to fine tune organizational structure, process and workforce via clarifying optimization logic:
Running a business is complex, the essence of digital management discipline is to eliminate complications, but enforce greater desired complexity such as highly-productivity, design to delight, or value/cost/risk ratio complexity. Managing a variety of complexity is both art and science. Business leaders should have a process-oriented perspective, seize the opportunity to take a fresh look at the processes, understand process logic underneath, in order to enhance a structural management discipline for improving, innovating key business processes. Keep in mind, business logic is not always the single version of the truth, it's a matter of perspective from which angle of the process you are looking from, the truth is in the eye of the beholder.

From a workforce optimization perspective, it’s important to identify performance bottlenecks; when productivity is low, further cause-effect logical analytics is needed for an understanding of the cause whether it is due to the change or learning curves, inefficient practices or processes, or the culture inertia, in order to fix problems smoothly and optimize business management systematically. The multifactor workforce productivity analysis would examine the process to determine what elements made the employees more productive to achieve the expected performance results and make continuous optimization.

It’s crucial to increase people-centricity by clarifying customization logic:
The abundant information enables the organization to do customer sentiment analysis. Digital technology now allows for more focused communication and consequent customization than ever before. The management needs to contemplate: Either at the organizational, community or societal scope, what’s the customer’s impression of your brand? Do your business solutions make logical sense to customers, make them feel special? Can you improve customer experience and improve customer satisfaction consistently? Etc.

People-centric business is fluid, agile, flexible and resilient in knitting all necessary key business elements together into great customer experience and personalized solutions which give people an impression on how it can tailor their needs to solve their specific problems logically. It requires engaging all the people involved in shaping advanced mindsets, setting people-centricity as a principle and information technology as a tool to fine-tune processes, focusing on what the needs to look like, alongside the impetus and sense of urgency.

It’s imperative to develop a new business model by clarifying strategic logic and handling complex problems via nonlinear logical reasoning: Logic is the sequence of how to get things done. At the strategic level, business logic is how to develop a business model for creating values by clarifying “why” the business works; “what” the business is all about or what it will do for customers. The business model designers should methodologically review a list of levers for business model components; the management needs to expand their thinking on how to redesign the basic building blocks of the business logically, reach the next level of the business growth cycle and achieve high-performance business results

Also, it’s important to deal with the nonlinear, multi-logical situation in today's digital dynamic, understand the logic behind business scenes for accelerating business performance, and improving organizational maturity. The trick is that some businesses have an overly rigid hierarchy with silo setting, they don't set up holistic business systems to facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, they can not clarify nonlinear business logic holistically. In order to handle complex problems smoothly, it’s important to clarify sequence and consequence via in-depth analysis, and enforce accountability at the different levels of organizational hierarchy in order to solve problems smoothly.

Logic is the linchpin to thread all important elements together with a certain order, get things right for solving real world complex problems. Business logic today is often nonlinear or even paradoxical characterized by the movement of information, people, and organizations with the mixed structures, hyper-diversity, interdependence, and increased flux. Business management today needs to be interdisciplinary, informative, and innovative, keep optimizing, innovating and improving people centricity.
