Being genuine is to-

be true to oneself,

discover who you are,

your inner genius,

are you empowered to -

grow into -

who you want to be?

Can you synchronize-

your voice & actions, with-

thoughts, words, behaviors, consistently?

Are you demonstrating -

authenticity, originality, endurance,

with the right spirit?


True in the meaning of-

being genuine;

introspection helps to -

analyze the genuine substance of -

who you are;

have the ability to -

know nobody is perfect,

but can make improvement,

constantly;

Can you be genuine,

remove -

the filter of biases,

in your vision, objectively?

Should you go with -

what you know,

be open to -

learn from those you lead,

with humility?

Isn’t leading becoming-

more influential when -

Growth is only possible if-

you are genuine,

adventurously?


Look at-

the world through -

a lens of -

genuine positive intent,

inspire authenticity, progression,

think through -

decisions, actions,

the ripple being created, coherently,

the world would change for-

significantly.
