Visualization and intuitive user interfaces are making it possible for more people in the workforce to do the data exploration and self-service analytics, to build a broader culture of inquiry and gain insight upon customer and business.

Agile BI: BI agility is achievable through Agile development and project management, the iterative process can significantly shorten development cycles and speeds time to market for analytics requests. It is now possible to deliver analytics value to end-users in weeks, not years. BI in the Cloud environment can provide users with SaaS-based, self-service analytics capability.

Mobile Intelligence: Mobile is pervasive these days, it is a strategic imperative to leverage mobile technologies to share information, gather input in order to make on-time decisions. Mobile intelligence means to take advantage of the mobile platform to deliver and present information in a concise, user-friendly way by leveraging interactive and visual capability. With the convenience to access information at any time, any location via mobile computing, bother consumers and businesses can make better and faster decisions.

Social Intelligence: Social media data can help the enterprise understand their customers better, as well as their employees. Some hot social analytics trends such as sentiment analysis-recognizes subjective information that can be used to identify polarity and determine the trends in public opinion, etc. Social intelligence can also provide companies 360-degree view of business performance, pave the way towards true customer engagement, partner collaboration, and ecosystem connection, The momentum around social will continue to transform business models, strategy, structure, and management, and social intelligence will become the key cornerstone for all enterprise BI strategies.

Big Data + Small Data: Digitalization drives the massive cultural shift that is taking place at an increasing volume, velocity, variety of data in order to pursue the VALUE of data, an intelligent organization will develop effective information management strategy for acquiring, orchestrating and analyzing both Big data and small data, and continue to explore the innovative way to analyze, model, visualize and extract value to formulate insight to solving complex business problems, and weave the foresight to prepare for the future of business. It’s one of the most powerful tools to debunk the hyper-connected and over the complex digital world.

The beauty of the digital landscape is the fresh insight of business. An intelligent organization always look for opportunities across business to increase the usage of predictive analytics, social analytics, and collaborative decision making accordingly. The digital shift is a mindset shift, which also comes with information shift, a shift that organizations will take advantage of information to gain knowledge and insight, a shift to drive culture and transformation towards a more intelligent enterprise, a shift from playing smart tools to being smart, intelligent or even wiser within business and beyond, it's about building such cohesive, agile, and intellectual capabilities.
