Be Thoughtful

 So here’s to the journey, to the insight that we share. Be mindful of each action,  and sense influence in the air.

In the rush of the change,
it’s easy to forget,
The wisdom in the calmness,
The decision being made intelligent enough
With every changing initiative,
let’s pause for a while,
pondering in the silence,

dig into why,
embrace the moment of truth.

Be thoughtful, 

take a breath,
Feel the differences, 

remember what we've been through
In a hurry, find your ground up,
In the now, let true self be found.

Whispers of nature,

the rustle of plants,
The pedals of flowers carried by -

the breeze.
Each little wonder, 

like a treasure to hold,
A reminder to be present,

 and let our stories unfold.

When the world feels heavy, 

and your mind's in a race,
Just close your eyes for a second, 

find your open space.
In the quiet moments, 

that’s where you’ll see,
The truth in the simple, 

just keep yourself original
