“Silence is Golden” – Is it always True?

There is a time to say and there is a way to say.
The words are full of imagination, words can be music --- arrows --- comfort --- stress – goodness or evil, or anything you could imagine. The world is full of dilemma, the extroverts may talk too much with too little thinking; while the introverts may voice too little to make a big difference. To say or not to say - How do you weigh?

Thinking before you speak is an ongoing conscious effort: If you can develop the habit of perfection in practicing patience and remain silent and spell/spill only when you must do think, use wisdom and logic and properly confirmed.

There is a time to say and there is a way to say. There are certain things which must be said, although we must say it in a proper way. There are times in our life when being politically correct and remaining silent is the safe thing to do. Then there are times when the heart takes over from the brain and you are compelled to speak out knowing the minute we do, it has risks, but if your saying can stir the debate for innovation, or stimulate the energy for constructive criticism, it may be worth the effort if you can express in the right way at the right time to the right audience.

The practice of restraint and under caution is perhaps a worthwhile attitude as well. Resentment or commitment is seen even if you do not speak. Silence sometimes is a beautiful thing which can say what thousand words cannot say. There are times when all you need to convey your feelings is a look or a touch. There are times when silence may convey things better than words. Often one weighs the pros and cons of things and decides to stay quiet if that is what is a desirable position.

Wise says to make the mindful reaction, not for ego; but for embracing nature consciousness and love for progression. So weigh what to say or not to say, either through instinct or consciousness... If both are lacking in the moment/situation, sometimes, it happens, use the most common sense… People usually say things trying to actively impart something to someone, but wise people say things to people after they believe that person will understand. The former is a product of the ego and the latter is a product of cognizance.

Create a working atmosphere to allow free expressing the creative potentialsThe emotional well-being in the workplace allows everyone to express the best of themselves, makes one feel good and makes one love the job. To stay healthy in an environment of the workplace, there need emotional guarantees that only a peaceful climate and a good communication can provide. It depends on the relational skills of managers and also of all employees. Manage to create a good atmosphere, starting from the top is necessary, so everyone can express their creative potential, have the satisfaction and improve the results in terms of production.

Here are a few wise quotes to help weigh to say or not to say:

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt! -Attributed to both Abraham Lincoln and Mark Twain.

The human mind avoids risk in prospect but regrets it in retrospect. That is why we may not speak up at times and regret it later.

A wise man does not say everything he thinks but thinks everything he says. The sincerity towards oneself is especially crucial to limit the wrong choices. For others, however, must be governed by the intelligence.

Those who speak do not know; those who know do not speak. - Laozi

Silence is golden, but the wise words sometimes can be more valuable than the golden nuggets…
