Empowerment, encouragement, and engagement: The effectiveness of leadership is sometimes undermined and limited by the inability to empower others and help them to develop, for reasons such as the desire to work safety, the fear of becoming replaceable, resistance to change, the loss of self-worth. Stop trying to be someone other than who you really are! By connecting with your true strengths and leveraging who you really are, and then, of course, doing the hard work that is required to build more strength you can create success. Many of us need guidance to get beyond years of conditioning to discover our true strengths, but it's a vital ingredient in building success.
