Analyze the Problem: Break Down the Problem-divide the problem into smaller, manageable parts to simplify analysis. Identify Root Causes -use techniques such as the "5 Whys" or a cause-and-effect diagram to determine the underlying causes of the problem.

Generate Possible Solutions: Brainstorm solutions- encourage creative thinking to generate a wide range of possible solutions without immediately evaluating them. Evaluate solutions- assess the feasibility, risks, and potential impact of each solution. Consider factors such as resources, time, and potential outcomes.
