Long, Long Journey

It’s a long, long journey, but we’ll make it through; with wisdom as my compass, we’ll find what matters most...

Woke up this morning, 

The sun shining bright,

Got a feeling inside,

 that things could get right.

Packing the kinds of stuff,

in a backpack,

Setting out on a journey,

 no time to lag behind...

It’s a long, long way to-

 where I’m gonna be,

With every step I take, 

I try to make an influence;

Through the mountains high,

and the valleys low,

I’ll keep moving forward, 

no matter how fast or slow.

Met some strangers, 

they shared their experience,

Of care and loss, 

of winds and gales.

Every story a lesson, 

every insight a guide,

In this vast universe, 

we’re all in the same world.

Sometimes the road gets -

rough and steep,

But I’ll hold on tight, 

the vision we’ll keep up

With the stars above,

lighting up the sky,

I’ll find my way, 

keep my goals in sight.

As the seasons change,

and the years roll by,

I’ll cherish special moments, 

I’ll reach for the new high.

in every new place, 

we’ll learn and grow;

Life’s a beautiful journey, 

where we shall all find -

our own trajectory to mature...

So here’s to the journey, 

the paths we take.

with fresh insight on our side, 

we’ll open new possibilities;

It’s a long, long journey, 

but we’ll make it through;

with wisdom as my compass, 

we’ll find what matters most...
