I take a pause,
let the emotions grow slim.
With the noise all around
I find a quiet space,
In this moment of pause
I embrace my own pace.
This is my moment of pause,
Where I can feel the ground underneath the sunlight.
In the stillness, I find my cause,
Reconnecting with-
the world of difference.

Time slows to a whisper,

I watch the moments to drift by,
Each second a treasure,
beneath the timeless wisdom.
With the weight of the world gently resting away,
I capture the essence in each fleeting moment.


Let the worries fade,
let the silence unfold,
I find clarity here,
a reminder to be courageous.
In the embrace of change,
I rediscover myself,

I’ve full of free spirit..
