 So here’s to the moments that make us holistic. Put aside the struggles, listen to your inner call.

In the rush of the road,
when the world feels dense,
Caught up in the crowd of people,
losing sight of where to move forward
Pushing through the noise, 

forgetting who we are,
So every now and then, 

we need to raise -

the vision high enough

Put aside the worries,
let your ideas flourish up,
Leave behind the shadows,
step into the light.
Take a moment to reflect,
let your spirit recharge
Put aside the burdens,
find the strength to believe.

Days turn into nights, 

and the clock spins fast,

shaping visions and ideas, 

forgetting moments past by.

But in the quiet spaces, 

there’s a chance to find,

The little bits of joy,

that help us unwind.

In the confusion,
there’s clarity,
In the misinformation,
find true facts underneath.
Every step you take,
let value be your guide,
In the journey of life,
let true understanding reside.
