Lead Through

Hand in hand, we'll rise above; lead through, with empathetic guidance.

The path is shrouded, 

with up and down trails,

Uncertain steps, 

where should you go from there?

Fear whispers doubts,

 a chilling breeze,

But a steady voice ultimately cuts through-

 the noise...

Lead through, lead through, 

when the darkness calls;

Lead through, lead through, 

break down the silo walls

Not from the front, with a forceful hand

But walk beside, help them understand

The map is torn, the compass spins

Lost in the chaos, where hope begins?

Each heart is heavy, burdened down sometimes;

But a gentle touch can turn it around

Empathy's the key to gain true understanding,

Listen closely to what they're longing for;

Share the burden, lighten the load;

Together we'll conquer the winding road.

No perfect answers, no magic cure

Just diligent effort, to help endure

Inspire the spirit, ignite the enthusiasm;

Empower the others to share fair tales...
