Brighten Shadows

So here we stand, ready to be ourselves, inspiring the psychological excellence we’ll try to reach for.

In the silence of the mind, 

doubts begin to creep,

Psychological shadows whisper,

secrets you can’t keep.

Every negative thought, 

a weight you can’t ignore,

Caught in a cycle, 

always causing issues..

These shadows bring you down, 

clouding your view,

Negative behaviors,  

just feel so inappropriate,

break free from the chains of old habits;

In the light of awareness, 

brighten negative mindsets.

In the mirror, 

reflection shows a week character,

Fear and insecurity taking their toll.

Every anxious moment, 

a vulnerability you must overcome,

do not let these shadows dim the light,

let's embrace the strife,

With courage as our  compass, 

we’ll reclaim our confidence.

Each step toward healing,

we’ll rewrite the stories of our own,

In the journey of self-actualization, 

we’ll achieve more in our life.

So here we stand,
