In the early morning, I headed toward the downtown area to participate in the SEGD Conference Experience 2025, which was a premier event for professionals in the field of Experience Design, focusing on the intersection of design, technology, and creativity. The staff of the organization were all very friendly, helping me finish the registration process smoothly. I could listen to a few keynote speeches and chatted with exhibitors to get to know their products or services better.
Keynote Presentations: There are dozens of inspiring talks from global designers and thought leaders who work in design, hospitality, museums, education, and various industries, sharing their insights and experiences in shaping the future of design and technology.
The local San Francisco government officers, the head of commerce, and corporate executives also shared their insight about the urban city design and development, and welcomed the guests to San Francisco.

Exhibition: When I walked around the exhibition hall, the design products & services providers across the nation and Canada came to California to showcase the latest products, technologies, and innovations in experience design, providing a hands-on look at emerging tools and trends. I chat with a few of them; they were all very friendly & professional, presenting their design, apps, art, and lightning solutions passionately.
Guided tours and field trips: The conference participants could also take the tours to notable design installations and projects in San Francisco, enjoying the real-world examples of experience design in action.
