when the winds start to howl,

Hold on to the strong beliefs, 

let truth speak out.

Through the natural patterns that linger, 

we’ll find our way forward.

With every change initiative, 

we’ll clarify the purpose underneath.

In the world of differences,

I’ll bridge the gaps of different types.

Hold on, we’ll rise above-

 learning curves,

In the midst of the uncertainty 

we’ll guide via insight.

With every struggle, 

we’ll find our own strength.
