Collaboration creates -the right responsibility, the right sense of -belonging, the right approach to- the common cause, the right sense of -long term continuity, seamlessly.

Whatever we sense as -

a human being,

there is-

aura behind it.

see it;

sense it;

react to it…




There are -

conflicts, arguments in-

human society,

disagreements, antagonisms arise -

among people;

cognitive gaps,

culture chasms,

between communities;

as people all have -

their own senses of -

common sense, reality,

strength, weakness;

does it cause them-

to rationalize-

their own sense of reality by -

disempowering, disengagement,

ignoring others’ viewpoints,

insensitively?

Each of us needs to-

have some ego for-

a sense of-

self-worth;

but too much of -

everything belittle others,

hurts self,

decelerate collective progress,

egotistically;

collaboration creates -

the right responsibility,

the right sense of -

belonging,

the right approach to-

the common cause,

the right sense of -

long term continuity,

seamlessly.

Regardless of-

who you are,

where you are going,

the journey begins from -

a sense of-

purpose, personal destiny;

people enjoy working if -

they are-

engaged, feel trustful;

have a sense of-

connection & fulfillment;

keep our world move forward,

harmoniously.
