Innatelogic

Reinventing business is an evolutionary journey which requires much more time, energy, passion, courage, experimentation, retreat, and reflection, with logic as hidden clue and people as a powerful force.

Organization of the future is designed openly for anyone with ideas on how human organizations ought to be contrived in the face of challenges. To move forward from an industrial economy to a knowledge economy to a creative economy, people need to keep refreshing knowledge and recirculating imagination for generating novel ideas and improving organizational intelligence.

They have a predisposition to seeking patterns, or potentially in the pursuit of logic for twisting and reconnecting dots to turn the spark into an expressible idea, and achieve its value.

In pursuit of hybrid logic: In face of “VUCA” reality, the organization as a complex and dynamic system needs to be elaborated in a well-organized effort, take a structural approach to develop differentiated business competencies The viable businesses are solid enough to give some sort of form and meaning; and open enough to its environment allowing the movement of information, ideas, and people in and out.

If the organization understands itself in relation to its context, it should be able to determine whether it requires changing something to become viable. The organization of the future is designed openly for anyone with ideas on how human organizations ought to be contrived in the face of challenges - fluid, viable, always on, interconnected and hyper-competitive, and build a creative workforce to maintain viability.

Applying objective logic: People misunderstand or mistrust each other because of pre-conceptual assumptions or cognitive biases. It creates varying problems even though their intentions are to solve problems. Hence, business leaders and professionals need to broaden their outlook, envision the bigger picture, identify emerging digital forces, develop a comprehensive, objective understanding of the business environment, refine their knowledge for the problems they intend to solve, and make logical choices all the time in order to lead desired changes.

Understanding gap, misbelief, or conventional wisdom, etc, disconnects many things which are supposed to be interconnected and becomes the barrier to objectivity. To be objective and discover the truth, we must think critically, removing the “old box” shaped by conventional wisdom or group thinking. Being objective means we are not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or preference, but make judgment based on unbiased fact by having a humble attitude, objective logic and reasoning.

Applying holistic logic: Oftentimes, conflict occurs when there are discrepancies in perceptions, and real issues are not clarified thoroughly. It’s important to update knowledge, gain insight; do dispassionate analysis and make logical reasoning. The opposite of holistic thinking is silo thinking which is the root cause of many business problems today. Leverage holistic logic for problem-solving is important to fix real problems, rather than just symptoms.

In practice, after identifying the real issue, process refinement often goes hand-in-hand with organizational structure management; it helps to establish early buy-in and support through a holistic analysis of how the business initiatives fix real issues, impact the people in the organization. Organization as a hyperconnected and interdependent system is not scalable so easily; holistic logic helps business management to think of a bigger picture, expanding change into every dimension to refine business agility.

Logic is the hidden clue of human society. Business logic could be either scientific or philosophical. Logical reasoning is the aim of scientific investigation: gathering evidence, qualify data, to confirm or refute hypotheses about the world of changes and understanding. Reinventing business is an evolutionary journey which requires much more time, energy, passion, courage, experimentation, retreat, and reflection, with logic as hidden clue and people as a powerful force.
