Sometimes life’s a whirlwind, 

spinning fast and wild,

Caught up in the chaos, 

like a restless temper.

When the noise surrounds up, 

make us feel distracted;

take a breath and whisper, 

“It’s time to reflect, recharge yourself.

Reflection, 

take a moment, 

find your peace inside,

Let the world slow down, 

let the worries slide.

Pull back from the stressful moment, 

take a step away,

In the quiet corner, 

listen to your inner voice, 

let it guide the way forward.

When the weight feels heavy, 

and the pressure’s on,

close the eyes,

and find the strength to carry on.

In the stillness, 

we can hear the truth so clear,

Pulling back to center,

let's shedding every fear.

Life’s a journey, not a race,

In the pauses, we find grace.

So when the storm clouds gather, 

and the path seems unclear,

reflect, breathe in deeply, 

let the light appear,

keep the spirit of our true selves...

With each step I take, 

I’m learning to let go,

Of the rush and the hurry, 

I’m finding my own flow.

In the moments of silence, 

I discover who I am,

Pulling back to move forward, 

like a river, go with flow...

So here’s to the quietness, 

to the gentle sigh.

Pulling back to find the strength inside.

In the rhyme of change, 

we’ll embrace the ebb and flow,

Reflect on yourselves,
