Applying holistic logic: Oftentimes, conflict occurs when there are discrepancies in perceptions, and real issues are not clarified thoroughly. It’s important to update knowledge, gain insight; do dispassionate analysis and make logical reasoning. The opposite of holistic thinking is silo thinking which is the root cause of many business problems today. Leverage holistic logic for problem-solving is important to fix real problems, rather than just symptoms.

In practice, after identifying the real issue, process refinement often goes hand-in-hand with organizational structure management; it helps to establish early buy-in and support through a holistic analysis of how the business initiatives fix real issues, impact the people in the organization. Organization as a hyperconnected and interdependent system is not scalable so easily; holistic logic helps business management to think of a bigger picture, expanding change into every dimension to refine business agility.

Logical reasoning is the aim of scientific investigation: gathering evidence, qualify data, to confirm or refute hypotheses about the world of changes and understanding. Business professionals are able to listen and find out their own purpose, the purpose of their organization, the others' purpose, identify and respect, whether they agree with it or not, be non-judgmental, then they can connect, talk about it, discuss it and many times, they will get more insight and will look at it differently and be able to fine-tune their own purpose. Business leaders are able to step back from details and see patterns, generalization, standards, context, and a bigger picture. They are able to identify their own emotions and those of others; be more optimistic and open, and be able to step outside of conventional understanding, explore the full cognition spectrum.

Be able to execute-demonstrable evidence that the business is actually doing something to build differentiation: Businesses are becoming complex and uncertain, to survive and thrive. It is incumbent on the organization to prove its ability to create a unique and differentiated experience consistently. Organizations need to allow time for a number of creative activities or opportunities to suit different types of people. They are able to create an “integrated whole” by utilizing correct processes and harmonizing the underlying business relationships while creativity can be harnessed on how a novel object/event was materialized into the fresh reality.

When problems or organizations become overly complex, people get frustrated by not being able to achieve their tasks easily, they get stuck in their comfort zone, the business gets stagnated. Organizations should be able to rejuvenate creative energy, keep building differentiated abilities, be able to execute, solve problems alternatively. Once the staff appreciates their objectives and with a purpose of unity, all the staff should be able to implement their strategic planning appropriately.

Be able to make assessments of strategic flexibility, as well as the overall organizational maturity: Every business is different, and they are at the different stages of business maturity. Innovation is about moving forward. In any business, if you are not moving forward, you are moving backward. Organizations need to get deeply immersed in designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions to make their customers happier and people smarter, give people an impression on how organizations can meet their needs to solve problems and achieve higher-than-expected results consistently.

Nature of how implementation of the idea has to follow a logical path for the innovative solution: It takes the right people -those who share fresh insight, and have the requisite professional skills to develop fresh ideas. It takes effective processes that are valid and evolving to implement ideas; and it takes advanced technology that maintains and expands capabilities to support strategic priorities of innovation. The real challenge for organizations is to understand your priorities, and know where and how you can and should innovate, leverage available resources, provide a great opportunity for managing innovation, and keep improving products/services to delight customers.

Philosophy in the 21st century is an interdisciplinary pursuit to better understand human society evolution and harness the power to fulfill the purposes of humanity. 

Philosophy is broader, abstract human knowledge into deep wisdom. By taking a philosophical lens, people can gain insight about themselves, their organizations, as well as the ecosystem they live in for advancing human society.

Philosophical logic is a sort of abstract logic or conceptual logic: Philosophy is methodical and has deliberate processes for identifying questions, clarifying understanding, identifying faulty reasoning, and thinking outside the box. Philosophy is the compass for us to pursue truth and a foundation to develop a thought framework for inferential reasoning of deep questions or complex problems at the abstract level.
