Uncritical

Digital means flow, perhaps the root cause of change failure is due to such a static mind with uncritical thinking patterns or resistant to change.

"Digital Master” is a series of guidebooks (28 + books) to perceive the multi-faceted impact digital is making to the businesses and society, help forward-thinking organizations navigate through the journey in a systematic way, and avoid “rogue digital.”

It perceives the emergent trends of digital leadership, provides advice on how to run a digital organization to unleash its full potential and improve agility, maturity, and provide insight about Change Management. It also instructs the digital workforce on how to shape a game-changing digital mindset and build the right set of digital capabilities to compete for the future. Here is a set of “Uncritical” quotes in “Digital Master.

If you uncritically accept whatever values, knowledge or ideas you've been taught, many of them perhaps are out of date or have a bias, you are not an independent thinker.

While critical thinking is more accustomed to strategizing, objective, problem-solving and determining outcomes, and probabilities. Uncritical thinking is characterized by snap judgments, reflexive emotional responses, and is often based on false premises and biased opinions.

An individual's ability to think critically comes down to each individual person's desire to think critically/explore life's possibilities - which makes some people very uncomfortable, and therefore, prefer to think uncritically.

An independent mind is not isolated from the resource, on the opposite, a great independent thinker leverages all sorts of information, be unbiased and objective, rather than uncritical accept; be a real critical thinker with the problem-solving mindset to find the best and alternative solutions.

Digital means flow, perhaps the root cause of change failure is due to such a static mind with uncritical thinking patterns or resistant to change.

To put simply, the opposite of critical thinking is uncritical thinking, or "superficial" thinking - where the common definition of superficial is existing/occurring on the surface. It has many more patterns such as automatic, self-protected, unexamined thinking, theoretical thinking, etc.
