Utilizing

The strategy is the art of designing a way of navigating and effectively utilizing available resources to attain a clearly defined objective. However, in many business contexts, the word strategy is either an oxymoron or demotivating.

"Digital Master” is a series of guidebooks (28 + books) to perceive the multi-faceted impact digital is making to the businesses and society, help forward-thinking organizations navigate through the journey in a systematic way, and avoid “rogue digital.”

It perceives the emergent trends of digital leadership, provides advice on how to run a digital organization to unleash its full potential and improve agility, maturity, and provide insight about Change Management. It also instructs the digital workforce on how to shape a game-changing digital mindset and build the right set of digital capabilities to compete for the future. Here is a set of Utilizing” quotes in “Digital Master.”

The dynamic digital organizations need to get away from letting things fall through and start creating an “integrated whole” by utilizing the correct processes to solve complexities and underpin the core business capability.

Either logic, intelligence or creativity, like that "ripples-on-the-water" metaphor, it is our connectedness to the world around us that makes whatever cognitive abilities we have truly useful to ourselves and to others. In fact, utilizing these cognitive abilities to derive value for the betterment of humankind is genius and wisdom.

It is not only a platform for the expression of ideas, but it also provides an opportunity to share thoughts and insights with others that were unavailable not that long ago. A resource can only provide a benefit if it is utilized.

IT leaders need to create a powerful future that is compelling in the present, utilizing the best talents, capabilities, and resources of their people and organization to produce meaningful and valuable results, set the right priority in the key areas which need daily focus and manage both time and resource with efficiency for running high-performance digital organizations.

The matter is that the dynamic digital organization needs to get away from continuing to use silo structures, slow and clumsy processes, let things fall through, and start creating an “integrated whole” by utilizing correct processes and harmonizing the underlying business relationships.

The strategy is the art of designing a way of navigating and effectively utilizing available resources to attain a clearly defined objective. However, in many business contexts, the word strategy is either an oxymoron or demotivating.

To design a practical business model, business leaders should scrutinize further by asking: How do we get revenues now? What will we do in the future? How should we help the company win businesses? How to contribute to customer acquisition and retention? And what are building blocks for utilizing a strong business model to achieve profitability and build long term organizational advantage.

In practice, the right way to deal with conflict is to identify them right at the start, find the root causes, and keep pondering: How aware are you of what triggers the conflict, and what are the specific ways to better manage them before and after the buttons to trigger the conflict are pushed. How capable are you at utilizing the specific behaviors known to make conflicts more productive in order to encourage constructive behavior? Etc.
