Individually, self-management is about knowing and comprehending how we can manage emotions and behaviors and as an individual recognize what is best to think and do, in relation to the betterment of our own life journey, including effective communications. . Self-awareness is important for the recognition of people’s cognitive ability and style, intellectual engagement, creative problem-solving capabilities, personalities, innovativeness, plasticity, adaptation, or emotional intelligence, etc.

Self-development: Self-development is the journey to strengthen your strength, improve your professionalism, unleash your potential or refine the high quality of being a better version of “you.” In fact, self-development is the full cycle of self-actualization. People think, create, and self-actualize by architecting themselves, experimenting with new things and exploring the art of possibility. Talented people have the fitting mentality, aptitude and attitude, concentrate their energy on developing their own strength and building their unique set of capabilities, demonstrate autonomy and changeability.

Self-discipline: Being self-aware allows us to discover ourselves cohesively; being self-disciplined helps us to think or act consistently. Self-disciplined people have better clarity of thoughts and it's what supports that moral courage and allows us to act in the right manner. People with self-discipline often exercise restraint while expressing emotions or may avoid indulgence because of better control over self via the clarity of thoughts, not because of any weakness. But being disciplined is not the same as being inflexible. The mind with self-discipline should be consciously trained even to some flexibility so that they don't get disturbed too much when they are supposed to be out of that, and they need to be flexible with others.

Generally speaking, a “digital fit” person is self-motivated, self-directed, self-inspired, purposeful, and creative, with self management fit.
