People are- the most critical success factor, but the weakest link, in human society; are we on the right track to-gain empathy, build people-centricity?

The arising new paradigm is -

about innovation, choices,

people-centricity;

isn’t creativity about-

connecting unusual dots to-

bridge art and science,

discovering hidden patterns,

building unexpected links to -

make a difference, unbelievably?

Aren't innovators able to-

reinvent the future;

link today & tomorrow, smoothly;

without them,

we might lose sight of tomorrow,

unwisely.


Communication is -

the bridge between -

mind to mind;

thoughts & actions;

it occurred when-

the message is-

received and understood,

inside-out or outside-in,

horizontally;

top-down, or bottom up,

vertically;

doesn’t missing links to-

communication,

create gaps,

enlarge differences,

cause frictions,

inevitably?


People are-

the most critical success factor,

but the weakest link,

in human society;

are we on the right track to-

gain empathy,

build people-centricity, 

step-wisely?


Leadership is about -

bridging, influencing;

can we identify-

the weakest link;

reconnect the missing affiliation,

close the linkage between -

strategy and tactics,

local and global,

via harmonizing, orchestrating toward-

the next level of humanity,

harmoniously?
