Influence & Progress

Thinking about the ecosystem and the environment in terms of system thinking seems to be the best route to take to develop viable, long-term solutions to a great many of the issues we are facing today.


The digital business ecosystem is just like the natural ecosystem which keeps the dynamic balance of order and chaos, patterns, and diversity. Digital enterprises with hyperconnected and interdependent nature are breaking down the functional, geographical, or even organizational border, in fact, businesses today become much more nonlinear, interactive, and intelligent than ever. 


Agile over Adaptability: Agile is mindset and principles, not only methods or practices. Individuals and interactions over processes and tools; working software over comprehensive documentation; customer collaboration over contract negotiation; responding to change by following a plan as people start “putting on” the agile mindset, discover new ways of working, collaborating, delivering value, they inspect and adapt in that journey by overcoming the frictions and challenges. 


Progress over Perfection: As individuals and leaders make progress in authenticity, they can experience several benefits: Improved Trust: Authentic leadership fosters trust and engagement among team members. Enhanced Creativity: Open and truthful relationships promote innovation and collaboration. Personal Fulfillment: Aligning actions with values increases work satisfaction and reduces stress. Embracing Imperfection in the Journey: It's important to recognize that the path to authenticity is not about achieving perfection. Instead, it's about embracing progress and accepting both strengths and vulnerabilities5. This approach allows for continuous growth while maintaining genuine self-expression.

Influential organizations can actively influence their environment that meet the objectives of high performers and high-potential requests.
