The ubiquity of information has provided both growth opportunities and increasing risks to organizations across industries. Business will be more successful when they realize that one of their greatest strengths will be their changeability. 

To improve business capabilities and accelerate changes requires not just one skill, but many, not just old experience, but new perspectives. Make sure it's clear and unambiguous with a clear sense of purpose and where they want to be within a given timeframe.

Forethoughtful organizations can see the future clearly; improve businesses competency to expedite business transformation: Due to fierce competition, to improve organizational agility, you must first understand the concept of the true meaning of the business as well as the underlying functions and processes, discover the hotspot to change and push the right button for amplifying the change effect. Context matters because a system will interact with other systems that share or compete for the same resources. Questions will be asked to clarify the “why, what, how” part of change when points of views expand past the distribution curve. Collaboratively, “you will be held accountable” is on the face of it; you have the freedom to do whatever needs to be done, and the responsibility to ensure you do your best to bring about a good outcome. Change Management needs to be the multidimensional management approach which has to be woven into processes, structures, communications, cultures, and actions of the organization. The business transformative effort needs to be undertaken as the means of getting to defined competencies to accomplish the defined business goals.

Organizations perceive innovation as a system which is capable of building a balanced innovation management portfolio for optimizing resources, developing organizational-wide capabilities, and enhancing the link between strategic management and business transformation. Pay attention to get the clear signal for the right timing to change, catalyze innovation, in order to grasp the opportunity for moving faster, and also be cautious about the pitfalls on the way.

Collective learning rejuvenates the organizational culture, creates abundant information, and fosters innovation. Rigorous experimentation can establish real cause and effect relationships, anticipates people-centric purpose but not until the organization as a system is actualized, can you really observe or manifest purpose.
