Change is possible only if -

we clarify the purpose to it,

motivation behind it,

psychology underneath it;

being capable of-

changing our mindsets,

adopt a new attitude,

drive change,

proactively.



People love changes only if -

they are pioneers in -

introducing them,

always look forward to -

something fresh;

innovation creates-

momentum only if -

you can think beyond,

changing the frame of reference to-

create novel solutions, 

creatively.

Only if -

people can listen, talk,

observe, express,

ask, answer,

think, act,

appropriately,

they are able to-

reach the next level of -

professionalism,

fluently.



You become wise only if-

you are humble enough to-

be aware of, admit -

what you don't know,

share what you know,

generously;

the reality of failure is -
