Creative Synthesis

The matter is that the dynamic digital organization needs to get away from letting things fall through and start practicing creative synthesis to generate fresh ideas or solve problems alternatively.

At the highest level of imagination engagement, we become driven to leverage our imagination into creative ideas; and then the next step is the “concreteness” process of setting digital principles and standards, developing the best or next practices of transforming fresh ideas into real work for achieving their commercial value.

Diversity is a facilitator for merging building blocks of new ideas and increasing the probability of creative synthesis and innovation success: Creativity is the one which deals with any sort of necessary ideas to solve a situation that requires critical and creative analysis and synthesis skills. Diversity catalyzes creativity and facilitates brainstorming and building blocks of new ideas.
