Fundamentally, digital transformation is a progressive journey of pursuing the next level of business maturity and societal progress.
1 Progress itself is a change, either by individual or group efforts or induced by environmental and cultural tangible and intangible forces.
2 The progress is not a universal truth but a relative truth because your type of progress may not be the progress to others.
3 Progress comes by discovering and exploring self, or change in the self. Sometimes you are in the dark, sometimes you are in the light, sometimes you are in an unconscious state, and other times you may be in a superconscious state. It takes the time to come to understand self and what all that encompasses in order to discover a progressive path.
4 The societal progress is made through the progressive minds which can well balance of creativity and discipline; opportunity and risk; individualism and team; democracy and unification; science and art; spirit and reality; intuition and analytics.
5 Progress represents change. Without change, one cannot even stagnate.
6 Positive attitude lifts up one’s spirit and it’s the engine of the human progress.
7 What is considered progress for one, is not progress for another; sometimes progress cannot truly be considered "progress" for humans as a species unless it is helping a very large group.
8 The progressive minds build empathy, strike balance, accept and tolerate difference and discover the creative solutions or the new way to do the things.
