Innovation is being pursued, now more than ever, obviously, thought, expertise, experience diversity are what -make growth possible; do you only favor- people who are obvious "fit, passing on -people who are less so; can you recognize -“misfit” innovators, change agents, who can break down -conventional wisdom, refresh creative energy, advance humanity, significantly?

Our co-shared globe is -

hyperconnected,

interdependent,

change seems to -

flow on the surface, rapidly;

the obvious symptom of distress is -

the widespread problem of -

incoherence, illogic, ineffectiveness.

It is the responsibility of -

each individual to-

examine themselves,

make sure they are open to-

true understanding,

able to see beyond the obvious,

climb the knowledge-insight-wisdom pyramid,

diligently.

The world is -

becoming big or smaller,

accordingly,

sometimes,

there is -

an obvious right or wrong solution to -

a problem you try to solve;

other times,

the criteria being set,

is perhaps subjective;

can you make-

clear discernment,

discover hidden clues,

underneath the obvious?
