but unlocking-

 inspirationally;

they ask -

open questions,

inquisitively;

shape -

a bigger box of thinking,

proactively;

connect unusual dots to -

spur creativity,

unbelievably,

bridge blind spots in -

problem-solving,

interdisciplinarily.

Innovation comes with-

foresight to -

envision a need,

others ignore,

fuel with -

creative energy,

passionately, 

show willingness to -

forge ahead,

satisfy visions,

determinedly.

Failure is-

part of innovation;

in the world of -

change, uncertainty, complexity,

you will fail often,

but try to fail fast,

fail forward,

resiliently;
