Initiateproblemsolvingframework

The framework approach makes sense if many large scale issues are cross-disciplinary, information heavy, there are multilogic behind it, and there are diverse groups of people that are impacted by problem-solving effectiveness.

Frameworks add value as they are implementations of the patterns to avoid having to reinvent the wheel. You need to implement a comprehensive framework that fits your needs to achieve the benefits of certain domains of activities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and maximize value.

From a problem-solving perspective, an architecture framework allows one to abstract main concerns, frame the right problems, describe a target state and conform change in the enterprise towards the aspirational end-state.

Abstract concerns: The architectural framework that is created needs to be maintained and used by the managers to adapt and improve the organization in the future by abstracting concerns. The comprehensive abstract enables them to generalize, focus on the main problems that need to be taken care of. It’s a management tool to make proactive movement by avoiding the kinds of problems that "order-taker" organizations run into all the time. Gaining an in-depth understanding of abstraction unifies diverse viewpoints and improves planning flexibility and prioritization agility.

Frame the problem: The problem of problem-solving seems to be that a lot of the time, the problem definition process is not implemented. Assessing and defining the problems is usually more important than solving the problem as trying to fix the wrong problems will cause more problems later on. An effective framework approach helps to understand human dynamics, systems, and relationships, assess the problem systematically, and integrate if there are several, even many processes suggested for defining the problem. So truly understanding a problem, and framing the right problem is a halfway to solve it.

Solve problems effectively
: A solid framework is the expression of theory to either make effective decisions or solve problems systematically; The elasticity and resiliency of any framework start with an understanding that we are trying to provide a foundation for solving problems structurally and making continued improvement. It’s important to build a comprehensive problem-solving framework to integrate all important components of problem-solving management, come up with an optimal set of guidelines, processes or the next practices to solve problems systematically.

The framework approach makes sense if many large scale issues are cross-disciplinary, information heavy, there are multilogic behind it, and there are diverse groups of people that are impacted by problem-solving effectiveness. It’s important to apply a set of principles, leverage a structured methodology that allows you to frame problems systematically and solve problems creatively.
