Every mind has -shadow in it; some more, some less; trust intends to -lighten it up.

Trust is -

the sunshine,

in the long rainy day;

trust is -

the green oasis,

in the desert deep;

trust is-

the fruit of -

relationship,

start with oneself-

the mind;

grow-

outward to -

the people,

permeate into

environment,

gradually.


There are -

many ways to trust;

there are varying

approaches to

build trust.

Will decisions enhance -

trust, erode it,

or have no impact?

Does culture harness-

trust,

or diminish it?

Can you establish -

trustworthiness,

with-

respect,

credibility,

sound judgment,

unbiasedness,

transparently?



You can't -

nourish trust

without creating-

a conducive environment;

trust is -

the two way street,

with an uplifting spirit.


Every mind has -

shadow in it;

some more,

some less;

trust intends to -

lighten it up,

intelligently.

Trust is -

a collective mind,

allowing -

predictability

stability,

mutual understanding,

reciprocally.

Trust is-

not always straightforward,

but take a cursive path.

It encompasses-

trusting self,

trusting others,

earning -

the trust by-

touching the heart,

connect the mind,

empathetically.


As imperfect may be -

our civilization;

nurturing trust takes -

chunks out of -

our diminishing currency of time.

Trust can be-

cultivated by -

giving the right advice,

guidance,

direction,

in the world of work.

Building trust is -

an ongoing journey,

with never-ending endeavors.

“Trust but verify" is -

a principle to -

live by.
