 Creative disruption can lead to breakthrough innovation. Most good ideas often emerge from interactions, innovative organizations manifest creativity from an individual endeavor to a team activity and a collective effort, develop creative synergy by enablement, encouragement, and empowerment.

: The freshness of individualism can infuse passion, demonstrate unique strength, and build a strong personal brand. Innovation & Interdependence: Humans progress has gone through three stages: dependent, independent, and interdependent. Silos are a typical pattern used in complex business systems in an attempt to keep complexity under some semblance of control. The core activity of human evolution to the ever-changing environment is to reach high performance or enlightenment. The collaboratively interdependent organizations can reach the higher state of business maturity because limited hierarchy works best in a creative environment in which the free flow of ideas and their prompt implementation is a key element of business success. Every good innovation management tool (idea, concept, project, and product) is as good as the people that are using it. People are innovators, not processes.

Creativity needs a problem, and a creative person needs a purpose. Creativity is infused with an inner cohesion and comes from a vision of uniqueness. The “art of possible” is phenomenal.
