An architect focuses on- “why” & “what”; an engineer tries to- figure out- “what” & “how”...
Our modern world is -
envisioned by -
visionary architects,
holistically;
developed by-
skillful engineers,
technically;
an architect has -
the ability to-
read the "ripples on-
the surface of the water,"
captures “big picture” insight,
structurally;
an engineer is able to -
figure out how to -
make things work,
design down to-
the last detail,
technically
An architect focuses on-
“why” & “what”;
an engineer tries to-
figure out-
“what” & “how”;
although an intelligent engineer asks “why” to -
dig through the root causes of-
the problem,
in order to-
solve it logically;
a fluent architect knows “how”,
at a certain level,
demonstrate technical expertise, proficiently.
Isn’t an architect -
a “specialized generalist,”
an engineer-
a “generalized specialist”,
ideally?
There are -
various channels to-
mature as-
an Enterprise Architect;
there are many skills,
engineers have to sharpen for-
building professional competency,
Aren’t they high professions with-
complementary disciplines,
scientifically?
