Innatefluency

Effective communication will identify, and enforce both internal and external factors in change, increase knowledge fluence, build trust and unlock performance collaboratively.

Society is an interconnected and interactive system; the paradigm has many dimensions compared to incremental improvement. A successful business needs good communication transmission that will create a sense of ownership and idea fluidity.

Everybody needs to be involved, at a certain point and at a certain stage of the organizational development, lubricate relationships and work collaboratively to produce high performance.

Great communication flows via all directions: Organizational communication is not a single dimensional talk down from the top, communication has to flow via all directions also through common business language, not the functional dialects, to avoid ‘lost in translation.” Seek ideas, suggestions with the execution team and create a bonding within the team. If solving certain complex problems, involving all stakeholders right from the beginning, effective communication will enable better-translating goals into the corporate initiatives, creating the linkage from vision to implementation, and driving needed changes frictionlessly.

Implicit communication gains respect, builds trust, and understands things holistically: True understanding requires a person's ability to grasp or comprehend information. In the hyper-diverse society, different communities hold their own set of common beliefs, shape different mindset. Organizations demonstrate different perspectives on how to solve problems contextually. Implicit communication builds trust, shows respect. Create silence, listen from the heart, experience with mindful walking and feel recharged. A good communicator can read between the lines contextually, listen to “what is not being said," empathetically; using the right language with the right people appropriately to enforce mutual understanding and overcome common challenges.

Variety of communication styles:
Communication is both art and science. There are diverse communication styles and different communication channels. There are times and places for each communication format. Basically, dialogue is an exchange of ideas or opinions on a particular issue with a view to reaching an amicable agreement or settlement. Discussion is more goal driven and thus expects a desired outcome. So think of dialogue as being transformational and collegial; while the discussion is more operational and managerial. The debate is a discussion involving opposing viewpoints; deliberation; or to dispute or disagree about. Negotiation is one of the significant communication styles to make a considerably fair deal, etc, all of which are important communication methods to lead changes in contemporary society. And debate can be a formal contest between competing ideas engaged in with the express goal of winning. But it can be more than that.

All leaders and professionals need to learn what to communicate and how to communicate ideas, strategy, influence, practices, etc. Effective communication will identify, and enforce both internal and external factors in change, increase knowledge fluence, build trust and unlock performance collaboratively.
