insightfully?

Isn’t feedback-

the very clue to-

connect our past, present, future

knowledgeably?

We don't know -

our impact on others,

until they tell us,

isn’t feedback a gift,

if showing good intention,

deep understanding?

Feedback is -

the information gained from -

experiences,

lessons learned from-

the past;

feedback needs to -

be substantive, continuous,

genuinely precise, proper,

as close to-

real-time as possible;

not only instruct to act,

but aim to feedforward,

relevantly. .

Feedback is-

the bridge to -

connect-

yesterday, today, 

and tomorrow;

feedback is a solution to -

the problem of cluelessness;

feedback does not focus on -

the past;

but tells you -

what is happening,

help you-

become self-aware,

self-motivating,

connect past learning to -

future actions,

informatively.

Can you understand -

context besides content,

accept feedback that is -

truly accurate, constructive,

integrate thinking, learning and doing,

capture the insight and wisdom,

constantly?
