Just like mother rivers flowing across cities and farms to nourish surroundings all over the world, global females should become more inclusive, influential, and innovative.

ots of nations have female holiday celebrations today. Females enjoy going to certain museums, and parks or taking public transportation for free. Some organizations offer female staff half day off treat them free meals etc. Today I took the long-distance bus for free to visit a named mother mountain that nourished the local greenery environment. The experienced lady driver was very capable of driving up the steep and cursive mountain road for around three hours towards the destination safely. The majority of passengers were females of all ages who celebrated this holiday by hiking to appreciate nature's beauty and hill views. We are all proud of being professional females and enjoying some ladies' special holiday treats.

In recent months, I visited many large cities in Asia and Europe. There are quite a few nations that already have had their top female leaders such as presidents, vice presidents, senators, governors, etc. Historically quite a few nations have had female kings or queens. There are a number of female scientists, artists, scholars, sports ladies, and thought leaders who’ve had an irreplaceable influence on equality, humanity, education, sports, and all sorts of disciplines to advance humanity.

In reality, there is still a lack of sufficient female senior leaders, role models, and different experts who can share their fresh insights, generate great ideas, stand out, speak out, and work out innovative solutions to existing or emerging problems worldwide. To analyze “why” behind such leadership lagging, there is the mediocre mindset, feudalistic residue, social system injustice, and negative or passive culture adaptation. Females as half of the population lack unity as a team with common values, advanced philosophy to support each other, recognize talented strong females to deal with different challenges, and advance humanity.

From agriculture societies to industrial societies to the current knowledge-based Digital era, well-educated female professionals have more opportunities to play different roles in contemporary society, accumulate enriched experiences, being able to deepen their understanding of people-centric problem-solving processes. They are usually more purpose-driven to shape modern society.

As insightful female leaders, we all should be proud of being modern females, presenting high professional qualities to lead all populations and drive progressive changes globally. Just like mother rivers flowing across cities and farms to nourish surroundings all over the world, global females should become more inclusive, influential, and innovative, to cleanse up polluted social ecosystems, wake up the superconscious for pursuing wisdom, spread up benevolent messages, accelerate up for system integration and cheer up for collective progression.

In this holiday celebration female leaders and professionals should do self-reflection are you part of the problems or part of the solutions? Can we encourage constructive competition idea brainstorming but discourage negative competition and passive adaptation? How to support each other break down outdated traditions put the right people with the right talent to solve the right problems and shake up an inclusive modern global society
