Global world is-dynamic, diverse; a static mind with- limited domain knowledge , linear logical reasoning, is no longer effective to -deal with “VUCA” normality…

Nowadays,

we live in the era with-

information fluidity,

knowledge abundance;

the world is no longer,

black & white,

divided by -

silo mentality,

polar understanding;

people are able to-

move across-boundary,

frictionlessly;

are you sensitive to-

emergent trends,

keep balanced views,

not via stillness,

but through -

the state of forethoughtfulness?

Chang is -

part of reality;

seasoned persons in life become-

aware when -

some of -

long-acquired knowledge is-

no longer applicable in -

certain situations.

lifelong learning is-

no longer a choice,

but a necessity to -

compete for the future,

insightfully.

Global world is-

dynamic, diverse;

static mind with-

linear logical reasoning,

is no longer effective to -

deal with “VUCA” normality;

strategy is-

no longer a static document,

sitting on-

the shelf for years,

but a cascading planning-implementing iteration.

Leadership is no longer just about-

what you talk,

with a few spotlight moments,

but about what -

you think, understand, share,

with learning-guiding-acting-coherence.
