Innovation Business ecosystem is dynamic with abundant information growth; the future of organization needs to be instant-on, open to new knowledge, harness innovation, enforce agility, exhibit the willingness and ability to learn and grow; being connect-wise to discern the trends from fads, build up a positive emotional climate, seek business goals before taking initiatives, shift focus from inside-out operation-driven to outside-in customer oriented, and foster innovation.
Initiative The world moves too fast and marketing, finance, technology, leadership are all intertwined; how would you manage the business transformation; what tools, artifacts, road-mapping etc, would you create to ensure that business is evolving towards the clearly defined vision?
Innate profoundly The pace of change is increasing, the world becomes flattened, changes or problems usually do not happen in isolation from each other in predictable ways. If we cannot direct gradual strides toward pursuing the deeper state of thoughts and mindful actions, then we will never know what the substance can do for the potential of our livelihoods and how to lead change successfully. When we gain fresh knowledge, and when we change our understanding of the past, new possibilities and interpretations of them emerge in the future not so far away.

Influence As intelligent human beings, we all influence our surroundings or being influenced by the environment in which we live. The power of influence has many dimensions and depends on a number of factors, from making influence in a certain domain to cross interdisciplinary boundaries; from local community to global society; from behavior to attitude to mindset.

It reflects the color and shade of your thought patterns, and it indicates the peaks and curves of your thinking waves. Unlike pure entertainment, quality and professional content takes time for digesting, contemplation and engaging, and therefore, it takes time to attract the "hungry minds" and the "deep souls." It’s the journey to amplify diverse voices and deepen digital footprints, and it's the way to harness your innovative spirit.
