Can we hold -ourselves accountable, and those around us, set the tone and pace for -each of us, to achieve, significantly; not just for today, but for-the next generations to come, forethoughtfully.

As we share -

such a beautiful planet,

each of us is -

creating the world,

knowingly, unknowingly,

growing ourselves -

in it,

day by day.

accumulatively.


Can we take-

responsibility,

be accountable to

ourselves,

community,

society,

consciously?


Is accountability-

a teamwork;

say what you do;

do what you say,

enhance trust;

build credibility,

accelerate collective performance,

convincely?


Accountability is -

neither about blame,

nor control;

It goes -

hand in hand,

with delegation of -

power,

autonomously;

focus on learning,

as a core value,

substantially;

measured by

resilience,

tangibly.

make a commitment to-

accomplish the work,

competitively.

Isn’t being accountable -

a great thing to

make high achievement,

successfully?

Accountability is -

part of-

personal integrity.

We have-

the freedom to do -

whatever needs to-

be done,

but be accountable for-

our own words, actions,

professionally.

Accountability needs-

a safe environment

to blossom;

Can we hold -

ourselves accountable,

and those around us,

set the tone and pace for -

each of us,

to achieve,

significantly;

not just for today,

but for-

the next generations to come,

forethoughtfully.
