Character vs. Charisma

Ideally, in order to shape a better society, character is more significant for generating value and influence a great culture, charisma is value added if it can amplify progressive social impact.. 

Character refers to an individual's core values, principles, and ethical standards that guide their behavior and decision-making. Character means many things, which is inbuilt, the innate self, personality, sharpness, and dynamism.  It is the inner qualities and moral fiber of a person that shapes their actions and interactions.

Charisma refers to a person's ability to attract, inspire, and influence others through their personal charm, magnetism, and interpersonal skills. It is an outward, interpersonal quality that allows an individual to captivate and energize those around them.

Character is developed over time through life experiences, personal growth, and a commitment to living with integrity. Charismatic individuals often possess a compelling presence, the ability to communicate effectively, and a certain factor that draws people to them.

Characteristics associated with strong character include honesty, integrity, responsibility, gravity, empathy, and a strong moral compass. Characteristics associated with charisma include confidence, enthusiasm, persuasiveness, and the ability to connect with people on an emotional level.

Character is often seen as the foundation upon which a person's reputation and trustworthiness are built. Charisma is often leveraged by leaders, public figures, and others who seek to motivate and inspire others.

The key difference is that character is an internal, moral quality, while charisma is an external, interpersonal quality. A person can possess strong character without being particularly charismatic, and a charismatic individual may not necessarily have equally strong moral character. Charisma isn't devoid of substance, in fact, gravity can help leaders or professionals down to the earth or reach a higher level of maturity. 

Ideally, in order to shape a better society, character is more significant for generating value and influence a great culture, charisma is value added if it can amplify progressive social impact.. The most effective and influential human beings are those who possess both a strong character and a unique charisma, as this combination can be a powerful force for positive change and leadership.
