Take initiatives, take aim —

make the future your mandate.

Try your best,
Demand the change,

 hold the line,

Decide on time, get things right,

 Build. Lay one brick where there was only doubt,
Fail. Try again —

 that’s what courage is about.
Listen. Hear the silent voices in the room,
Share. Bring the light and let the true value bloom.

 Act. When time corrodes the edges of your plan,
Keep. The softest pieces and make a hard new stand.
Choose. The better habit, voice the kinder truth,
Try. The consequence of courage in your effort.

 Move the mountain, 

light the spark, 

call the change, 

ignite the dark,
Turn “maybe” into “must,”

 turn wilt into new line.
Rise again and rally, 

make the timid feel the beat,

and the pulse of every street.
