The Chatbot Conference 2024 in San Francisco aims to provide practical insights for enterprises, SMBs, and individuals looking to leverage AI and chatbot technologies to produce customer-centric solutions.

San Francisco is beautiful in September, with quite a few great professional conferences taking place in the city center area. 

In the early morning this week, I walked along the elegant California Street, hill up & down, passing many landmark architectural buildings and iconic venues, heading to the Chatbot conference hosted in the building near the fashionable Fillmore district. 


The Chatbot Conference 2024 in San Francisco is a major event focused on AI, chatbots, and conversational technologies. The founders of the host organization are very supportive, and welcome me to the presentations. I guess all audiences in the meeting are IT managers or professionals who work in various industries, coming here to share knowledge and insight about AI agents, large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, and voice technology. 


We all have experience getting customer support via chatboxes built into the websites of retailers or service organizations.  So AI-empowered chatbox solutions are critical to improve customer satisfaction. I enjoyed the first day of the conference, which mainly focused on brainstorming big-picture trends and insights. The key topics include:
