New Paradigm

The paradigm shift involves reconciling who we were in one place with who we become in another.

In today's “VUCA” digital new normal, there are all sorts of thinking gaps need to be closed and different shapes of blind spots have to be closed, to accelerate digital paradigm shift.

"The end of beginning" signifies moving from a familiar, established state to a new, unfamiliar one. It’s the condensed human intelligence to adapt to the complexity of the digital world, clear blind spots, see things differently, and adapt to digital new normal effortlessly. It represents leaving behind old ways of thinking or living and embracing new perspectives or experiences.

Personal growth and transformation: The phrase implies a shift from one phase of professional or life journey to another, often associated with coming of age or significant personal development. It suggests evolving beyond one's initial self or circumstances into a new version of oneself.

Nostalgia and sentimentality: There's an emotional aspect to this paradigm shift, as evidenced by the lyric "I wave goodbye to the end of beginning." It acknowledges the bittersweet nature of change, recognizing the value of past experiences while moving forward.

Cyclical nature of change: The concept suggests that endings and beginnings are interconnected, with each end marking the start of something new. This cyclical view implies that paradigm shifts are ongoing processes rather than one-time events.

Reflection and self-awareness: The phrase encourages reflection on past experiences and how they shape our current selves. It implies that paradigm shifts involve increased self-awareness and understanding of one's personal growth.

Adaptation and resilience. It's important to adapt to new circumstances and develop resilience in the face of change. It suggests that paradigm shifts require us to be flexible and open to new ways of thinking or being.

The paradigm shift involves reconciling who we were in one place with who we become in another. It represents a significant transition point where one phase of life or understanding concludes, making way for new experiences, perspectives, and personal growth. It acknowledges the emotional complexity of change while emphasizing the ongoing nature of personal and societal evolution.
