Innatereflection

Business professionals with self-reflection abilities are better fit in different circumstances and demonstrate the very characteristics of authenticity, creativity, empathy, humility, and wisdom.

Our society is like a kaleidoscope, with all sorts of behavior patterns, cultural phenomena. What we project gets reflected back to us. The world we see is dependent on the lens of proximity, the openness of mind and the perception of eyes.

Some perceive the world as black and white, others see the full spectrum of color. It further reflects into our inner world, helps us to develop understanding abilities and professional competency.

It’s important to be aware of that reflection process is the foundation of growth, learning, improvement, progress: Every human being is unique, with our own inner strength or outer world of social interactions It allows us to reach the deeper level of “personal paradigm" - it is related to our functioning as a person; how we think about ourselves and the world, and how we respond to the emergent events.

It’s important to do self-reflection via direct experience; we can also learn from others’ experience to build professional competency. From inner reflection via deep understanding to intercommunication via empathy, people build a solid foundation of professional growth and progress.

It’s crucial to embrace diverse viewpoints, explore different ways to do things, and practice continuous reflection: Cognitively, perception is sometimes a false reality; being impartial means to gain an impartial perspective by view to solve problems effectively. The best you can do for improving objectivity is to be consciously aware that data is filtered and do your best to make sure your filters improving judgment.

Through constant reflection, you can consciously discover and change your unconscious bias, to continue to improve your ability to lead with an impartial mind, overcome unconscious bias, explore different ways to do things, and do fairer things for the people and human society.

It is logical to reflect, discover, explore and influence:
After reflection, we get an inflection to change radically: We sense ourselves, and that's all we need to let our thoughts and behaviors work to keep us motivated. When people are inspired to reflect, discover who they are, their inner genius is empowered to grow into who they want to be. This reflection on human desire and how it shapes our understanding of truth is one gateway to finding ourselves within the environment we are attempting to think about.

Different people, communities, groups are perhaps at the different stages of professional progress. Individual progress enriches our professional or life experience and drives an upward life journey. Collective progress leads to societal advancement. Business professionals with self-reflection abilities are better fit in different circumstances and demonstrate the very characteristics of authenticity, creativity, empathy, humility, and wisdom.
