Innovation

It’s important to think creatively, act courageously, do things differently, orchestrate world-wide changes and lift humanity to the next level of advancement.

The globe we co-share is diverse, dynamic, it's important to shape a holistic view that sees the world as an interconnected, interdependent ecosystem which keeps evolving. The global professionals develop their cognitive abilities, talent, potential, and interdisciplinary expertise to fit for changes.

The global businesses today are not just working within the industry, but also permeating a cross-ecosystem which is dynamic, continuous and interactive for orchestrating innovation at the global scope smoothly.

Global insight requires holistic thinking, strategic reasoning, structural understanding, and forecasting capability: Global professionals can view complex global problems, engage effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders worldwide, and gain universal understanding of complex problems holistically. History provides a rear view for us to dig into the root causes of many existing problems globally. Anthropology as a soft science presents every aspect of the human world, elucidates the cultural traits, complex human behavioral aspects. Philosophy brings us an abstract perspective on the truth and myth of our co-shared planet. Etc.

Holistic understanding and strategic reasoning enable us to discover our place in the world as regards global knowledge, world conceptions, styles of creatures, natural phenomenon, etc. It's imperative to deepen understanding of global issues contextually, deal with common challenges cross-industry or cross-geographical locations smoothly, build competitive cross-boundary teams to co-solve certain issues we all concern about collaboratively.

Organizational capacity planning and modeling are critical activities that are required for running an innovative global organization in the long run: Far-sighted organizations envision the future of business, explore different dimensions of the adequacy of the business capacity to fulfill business strategic planning in the global society. It is possible to set the common principles and practices to bridge the difference, enhance a diversifying (ideas)-clarifying (concepts) -unifying (beliefs) cycle of value generation.

It is essential for the entire company to be pulling in the right direction, develop a holistic capacity planning; balance global and local needs, pursue the optimal mix of local operating preferences and nuances along with established global standards to deal with common challenges, build global problem-solving capacities and the differentiated global competency.

Global ecosystem orchestration is accelerated to the hyper-connected digital world:
Often, the transformative change requires changing underlying beliefs, cultures, or conventional wisdom, etc. The real challenge to lead global changes is to understand where and how you can and should improve to get the biggest effect and scale-up across the global ecosystem. The "orchestration" is more relevant to the "system of processes" as business processes management has to be more dynamic and adaptive to the accelerated speed of changes intelligently.

Different communities, groups, organizations, societies are perhaps at the different stages of the global progress journey. It’s important to have an expanded lens and hold on to a strong belief that collective progress leads to societal advancement, orchestrate cross-functional, cross-organizational level of change and co-develop an innovative society collaboratively.

The progress of the world needs to be pulled together and pushed forward by innovative people, organizations, communities across the globe, to understand the cause-effect of many complex problems facing global society. It’s important to think creatively, act courageously, do things differently, orchestrate world-wide changes and lift humanity to the next level of advancement.
