Capability

 When we know -the rules of life, train ourselves to- fluent levels of capabilities; we become fully developed,  reach a high level of-  professional maturity.

Each one of us has-

innate abilities to-

produce certain results;

our abilities are -

not static,

but dynamic, 

there's always room to-

constantly improve;

are we able to-

fine tone -

mindsets;

craft skillsets,

practice, practice, practice more,

to make them fluent?

Building professional capability is-

the journey of -

continuous learning, growth, refinement;

like constructing a wonderful landscape;

growing a beautiful garden;

it takes constant tending,

careful cultivation;

are we able to -

define our true purpose as-

 a helpful compass to -

guide ourselves through;

take relentless effort to -

make it blossom?

 

Professional capabilities are like -

a toolbox,

each skill is-

a great tool inside;

the more tools,

 we have,

the better we know -

how to use them;

the more capable, 

we are able to-

handling various problems, intuitively.

Our capabilities are like -

instruments,

generate diverse tones;

melodies of all sorts;

are we able to -

play them well, 

conduct a harmonious orchestra, 

create the inspirational performances of -

all forms?

Each one of us is unique,

with our own set of -

mindset, skillset, toolset,

take our own unique journey to -

build differentiated capabilities,

When we know -

the rules of life,

train ourselves to-

 fluent levels of skills;

we become fully developed,

 reach the high level of-

 professional maturity, 

in the role;

interact, improve, innovate,

co-shape a better world, with influence.

Change, innovate, transform,

can we take -

a leap towards-
