Try, Try

Try, try,  we'll keep breaking through the darkness; bridge the understanding chasms..

Woke up in the morning, 

the sun's shining bright,

got a feeling in our minds, 

everything should be alright;

though the road ahead is winding, 

cursive up & down, 

twist around;

every inquiry we make,

can it deepen our understanding;

every step we take, 

does it make our goal closer & clearer?

Try, try,

keep on reaching up;

when the shadows whisper doubts,

and the world feels heavy on,

we’ll keep trying, 

rise up from the ground,

no matter how we stumble, 

we try to inspire, innovate, influence,

continue to move on..

Try, try,

taste the new flavor;

feel the differences;

blend the color themes;

walk across boundaries;

With every challenge faced, 

we grow a little stronger,

on the alternative path we chose, 

we expect to see different views;

even when the storms roll in, 

we keep running forward;

although the words discourage us,

we continue to be ourselves..

Try, try, 

with every echo and rhyme, 

we follow our gut;

When the shadows whisper doubts,

we make ourselves strong;

every fall is just a chance to-

climb up;

every tear we shed, 

create an impressive momentum...

With beliefs we hold on to, 

we won't get confused;

with disciplines we set,

we become step-wiser;

try, try, 

we'll keep breaking through-

the darkness;

bridge the understanding chasms; 

With each new dawn, 

we’ll be the best of ourselves;

with the influence we make,

we push the world forward...
