Overcome

I’m tearing down the ceiling, I’m breaking the chain of conventional wisdom! I’m make influences in the pouring idea-storms!

The shadows stretch across the street,

I’ve been staring at this seasonal shift.

The whispers say it's still not enough.

The road is steep, the air is rough,

I’ve worn the weight of yesterday.

Watched my brightest colors fade to gray

But in the quiet, in the cold

A different story starts to unfold.

They built a wall to keep me out

But they forgot what I’m about

I am the inspiration, I am sparking great idea,

I am the light in the dark, to brighten shadow of mind.

I can overcome, I can rise,

With the dawn breaking down the darkness.

Every step is a map, 

every tear is a stream

Leading me back to the edge of the mountain top.

I can overcome, hear my voice

I am the choice, I am the harmonious force,

No mountain too high, no valley too deep

I’ve got a promise I’m gonna keep

I can overcome the obstacles of different kinds. 

I’ve risen through the tide of doubt

Screamed into the wind of darkness, 

but it didn’t shout back

The silence was heavy, 

the night was long

But I found the rhythm inside of the wrong

I’m not the same as I was before

I’ve been disappointed, but I’m something more

A little bent, but stay resilient, 

I’m pondering about those bitter experiences.

They built a wall to keep me out

But they forgot what I’m about

I am the fountain, I am the inspirational quote

I am the light in the dark

I can overcome, 

I can rise

With the dawn breaking the darkness.

Every idea is a map, 

every tear is a stream

Leading me back to -

the edge of the valley deep. 

I can overcome, 

listen to my voice

I am the flow,

I am the choice，

No mountain too high, 

no valley too deep。

I’ve got a promise I’m gonna keep

I can overcome

Let the thunder roll, 

let the rain pour off!

I’ve been lost, 

but I can find the way back with the light of wisdom!

Not by the fear, not by the past!

This is the moment, this is the blast!
