So Close, So Far way

 Let’s make close things further-if it becomes -an emotional burden, unpleasant memory; negative experience; let’s get far-away things closer, if we trust each other; believe in ourselves, leap changes, we all would like to see, seamlessly.

Stare at the sky,

full of shining stars;

they are so close,

also far away…

Watch the shadow of -

flowers, reflecting in -

the lucid lake;

they are so close,

 and far away…

Time is so close,

tick tick tick,

 at every second;

also far away,

like the long long river,

flow forward, promptly,

you can’t step into it twice…

History is so close,

as we make it,

word by word;

sentence by sentence,

page by page,

it’s so far away,

as it was faded,

underneath realty;

hard to trace it, accurately.

Reality is so close,

immerse into -

our everyday movement,

accumulatively;

 it’s so far away,

as people’s perception is -

so different from -

each other, subjectively.

The urban city is -

so close;

we could meet in -

the same narrow lane,

deep alley,

unexpectedly;

It’s so far far away,

easy to get lost in -

hustling bustling streets,

frequently.

Our co-shared global world is -

so close,

with blurred digital territories,

hyper-connectivity;

it’s so far away,

 not because of -

oceans, mountains, deserts,

setting us apart;

but because of-

the gaps between-

people's minds;

knots in their hearts;

chasms of -

thinking differences.

The future is so close,

we could step into it,

at every moment;

tomorrow is -

another day;

future is-

 so far away,

unfolded, completely;

no one can look it through,

shape it up,

on their own.

Let’s make close things further,

if it becomes -

an emotional burden,

unpleasant memory;

negative experience;

let’s get further things closer,

if we trust each other;

believe in ourselves,

drive changes,

we all would like to see,

seamlessly.
